Exit in a trading is more important than entering

Exit strategies and trading exit mechanisms are more critical than the way traders enter, and they have a greater impact on the overall return and the sustainability of results.

Even if the conditions for traders are not optimal when entering the market, a good appearance strategy can turn the situation around. On the contrary, even if the trader enters the market with nearly perfect conditions, if the exit strategy is not managed properly, it may lead to failure.

The challenge of an appearance strategy may be that it involves a lot of variables, so the time required to adjust the appearance strategy (or time should be invested) often exceeds the time required to find an entry strategy.

When traders do not ignore the test of their appearance strategies in retrospective and forward-looking tests, they can trust their trading strategies more and avoid basic mistakes that new traders often make, such as quitting too early due to unnecessary fear, or quitting too late due to unnecessary greed.
